  • It's possible the delivery person marked the package as delivered 1-2 business days ahead, and it's still in transit. We advise waiting 48 hours from the delivery confirmation before making a claim.
  • Your package might have been accepted by a neighbor, roommate, or doorman.
    If none of these scenarios apply and you still can't locate your package, please verify your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure it was shipped to the correct address.
